Head of Business Systems

Due to continued business success from both organic growth and acquisition an opportunity has arisen for a passionate technology leader to take ownership of a growing business systems team with a wide-ranging remit.  This newly created & high-profile position reporting to the Group CIO will take responsibility for delivering a best-in-class business systems function that works in partnership with key stakeholders to identify business requirements, design and implement technology solutions and establish robust processes that allow the organisation to continue growing.  As the successful applicant you will be tasked with reviewing existing business processes across technology and project delivery functions, with view to creating a structured delivery model that will enable the company to continue to grow on solid foundations.  Key objectives will be to build strong relationships with the business leadership team that allows technology to be a genuine business enabler, create a forward-looking technology roadmap for business systems as part of a wider IT strategy.  You will take ownership of a number of existing projects across ERP, HRIS and Bespoke solutions and drive delivery.

To be considered you will have a successful track record of working in complex unstructured environments that have scaled rapidly delivering best practice around project management.  You will be an excellent people manager, not afraid to challenge the status quo but capable of bringing people on the journey.  Experience successfully managing multiple business systems across ERP, CRM, HRIS from implementation to BAU and ideally Data Warehouses.  Although a leadership role you will need to roll up your sleeves and make things happen, a proactive no job to big or small approach is essential and pragmatic get stuff done attitude is essential.
